Lakowe Lakes

Construction started as scheduled in March with the filling of roads and housing platforms, which will be filled to a safe height of about 1.5 meters above sea level. We expect this aspect of the work to be completed by the end of May. Of the 90,000 cubic meters of sand required over 60,000 cubic meters have already been moved, and based on our program the platforms would be completed serially with allowance made for settlement and mechanical compaction in line with engineering specifications. Construction of foundations on the first completed platform will commence by June whilst construction on the last completed platform is expected to commence by September.

We are excited about all the changes and new activities that members will enjoy at Lakowe Lakes this year. Despite the rapid progress made during the holiday period to enable us to resume operations from our new temporary clubhouse, the pace has not slowed down to complete the full fitting of the area and its environs. Even with ongoing construction, we are glad that we can provide alluring ambience for our members and their guests to relax and unwind in a scenic environment. For now, the golf course and clubhouse will remain open only at the weekend, to allow for uninterrupted construction works during the week, until we are ready to commence full operations. Additional changes to expect include the introduction of various new membership structures to commence in the first quarter of the year.

These rates however, with modest increases still out perform other similar real estate along the Lekki-Epe axis, even without the golf experience.
