Lakowe Lakes

Construction started as scheduled in March with the filling of roads and housing platforms, which will be filled to a safe height of about 1.5 meters above sea level. We expect this aspect of the work to be completed by the end of May. Of the 90,000 cubic meters of sand required over 60,000 cubic meters have already been moved, and based on our program the platforms would be completed serially with allowance made for settlement and mechanical compaction in line with engineering specifications. Construction of foundations on the first completed platform will commence by June whilst construction on the last completed platform is expected to commence by September.

It gives management of the Lakowe Lakes Golf Club great pleasure to announce the appointment of Stephen Banks as the Golf Director of our Club. Stephen will be managing all clubhouse operations, and overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of the golf course. He joins us as a representative of IMG Golf, we look forward to additional changes he will bring to the golf club, and trust that you will enjoy meeting and interacting with him on location. Following the exciting promotional sales offer of The Enclave at Lakowe Lakes – we have continued sales of the off-plan units at new “market” rates. A quick note to bear in mind is that as Four Points has taken over food and beverage services, we no longer offer complimentary items to members. Accordingly, you and your guests have the option to purchase directly from Four Points at the clubhouse. Bon Appétit...

We are excited about all the changes and new activities that members will enjoy at Lakowe Lakes this year. Despite the rapid progress made during the holiday period to enable us to resume operations from our new temporary clubhouse, the pace has not slowed down to complete the full fitting of the area and its environs. Even with ongoing construction, we are glad that we can provide alluring ambience for our members and their guests to relax and unwind in a scenic environment. For now, the golf course and clubhouse will remain open only at the weekend, to allow for uninterrupted construction works during the week, until we are ready to commence full operations. Additional changes to expect include the introduction of various new membership structures to commence in the first quarter of the year.

As promised, we are pleased to announce that the exquisite 18 hole golf course opened to members for play on the 30th of September and will remain open every weekend until the temporary club house construction is complete.. Members and their guests can look forward to a relaxing and enjoyable country club experience on course.
